Family Background

Where were you born and grew up?
Monroe, Louisiana

Do you have siblings and are your parents still alive?
Brandy has 2 brothers, and 1 sister. She is the baby of the family, and as the baby, got away with everything. She was “daddy’s little girl.” Both her parents are still alive.

What was your favourite thing to do/play as a child?
Brandy loved her Barbies and baby dolls. She also loved bugging her older siblings. Brandy also admitted to loving to spread Elmer’s glue all over her hands, sticking them together, and then peeling it off. She thought that was cool.

Music background

Do you sing or play a musical instrument (been in a choir or a band)?
Brandy attempted the clarinet in 6th grade, but didn’t like it. She was in the Advanced Choir in school, and won many solo/ensemble metals in competitions. Her singing range was from a Soprano I to an Alto I.

Who were your major musical influences growing up and now?
Growing up: Whitney Houston and Aretha Franklin. Now: Martina McBride and Celine Dion.

If you could play only one style of music, what would it be and why?
Brandy had a hard time narrowing down this one between Dance Music and Country. She decided on Country, because of the great lyrics and meaning of the songs.

The Real World

Are you married or in a serious relationship? If so, how long?
Brandy has been married to Jimmy (the Cajun…lol) for 4 years in October. They met through Jessika.

Do you have children? If so, how many and ages?
Brandy and Jimmy have 1 beautiful daughter, Brenna, who will be 3 years old in July. (You can usually hear the very vocal Brenna on Brandy’s streams…LOL.)

What do you do for a living?
Brandy has the tough job of domestic technician. She is a wife and mother, which is definitely a full-time job and a half!!! She also has a CNA degree.

What do you do for enjoyment, other than chatting and streaming?
Brandy collects Dolphins (OMG…you should have seen us having to tear her out of the Souvenir Shop in Gulf Shores…Dolphins galore!!!!) She also writes poetry, paints (watercolors), and loves anything to do with the water. Her favorite artist is Vincent Van Gogh.

Miscellaneous

If you could sit down to dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
Marie LeVeaux, because she’s a cool and interesting person to learn about, and I would love to hang out with her.

Tonight you can do anything you want (no money/geographic restrictions), what would you do?
Take a trip to Scotland and Ireland, to find out about my ancestors, and because I just think it would be the prettiest place in the world to me.

What is your personal philosophy on life (1 or 2 sentences):
Carpe Diem (Seize the Day). OR… Get Yours and Screw the Rest!!!! LOL

Brandy, please tell us about the very special relationship/friendship you share with Jessika (LiquidFrog25).
“Jess and I met in Summer School in 1993, 12 years ago. We have been best friends ever since. Jess is like my long lost sister. She’s my family, and not to take anything away from my love and relationship with Jimmy, but the closest thing to a soul-mate I’ll ever have.”

Special Note From Teresa:
I had the privilege to interview, and hang out with Brandy in person. The YaYa’s (and YoYo), Brandy (LadyDNoctem), Jessika (LiquidFrog25), Jim (RapierEdge), and myself (Trees) got together in Gulf Shores, Alabama the last weekend of April. It was a lot of fun (even though it stormed on us), and wonderful to meet roomies who have become such good friends. Dawn (Jewel), you were sorely missed, sis!!!
