Do you sing or play a musical instrument (been in a choir or a band)?
I have been taking guitar lessons for over a year now

Who were your major musical influences growing up and now?
Elvis, Frankie Laine, Chuck Berry.

If you could play only one style of music, what would it be and why?
Rock and roll because that’s the music I grew up with. Whenever I would hear the guitar in a song, I would wonder; “how do they do that?.”

Are you married or in a serious relationship? If so, how long?
Married for 38 years.

Do you have children? If so, how many and ages?
37 and 34.

What do you do for a living?
Retired educator.

What do you do for enjoyment, other than chatting and streaming?
College and professional baseball and football, walking, designing web sites, and dancing.

Miscellaneous

If you could sit down to dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
George Weiss. He was the general manager of the New York Yankees during the years when the Yankees were the greatest dynasty in sports history. He was a great manager of resources and made the Hall of Fame, but he was not well liked. It would be interesting to find out what made him tick and hear about his philosophy.

Tonight you can do anything you want (no money/geographic restrictions), what would you do?
this will probably sound corny, but I do all the things that I always wanted to do. So, my answer would be to help others realize their dreams.

What is your personal philosophy on life (1 or 2 sentences):
Be fair, help others, do things in moderation, live a balanced life, and whatever you do, do it with passion.

When did you and Pokey become friends?.
One day Pokey called the studio and asked told me he wanted to be either a disc jockey or a brain surgeon. I told him that I thought it might be a tad easier to try being a disc jockey. I told him to come in for an interview and we became friends instantly.

How does Pokey feel about being a streamer?
I think that Pokey is a born HAM and he loves streaming, When he first got the job, he was so cute. He called him mom and said, “Momma, I am gonna be a radio star!”
